We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit and debit cards. All purchases made from us will be shown as Celestialeyewear.com on your credit card statement.
For buyer protection orders will only be shipped to the billing address shown on your credit card.
Our current policy is to only ship to your Credit Card Billing address. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but it is to protect against fraud. The most common form of credit card fraud is purchasing an item with a stolen credit card and having it shipped to another address.
We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer gifting options. If you are intending to purchase a gift for someone, you will need to have the order shipped to yourself. Then you will be responsible for sending it on to the gift recipient.

TAXES
Missouri residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6.725% on the total purchase price (including S/H charges) on all purchases.
SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping and handling for $4.95 via USPS First Class Mail to US addresses (all 50 states).
Free shipping and handling on all orders over $50.
We do not ship to APO, FPO, US possessions or internationally at this time.
We will resume shipping on August 10, 2010 on a first in first out basis. You will be notified of any additional delays and given the option to cancel the order if you desire.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order to allow for processing and delivery. If you have not received your order within the stated time frame please contact us.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee applies only to purchases made on CelestialEyewear.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back within 30 days for exchange or refund minus any S&H fees. You are responsible for the shipping charges for sending items back to us. Those wishing to exchange for a different item will be charged or credited the difference in cost plus $4.95 S&H (+ applicable sales tax) for the replacement item. All returns must be sent back in new condition with all of the original packaging (this includes the microfiber bag that is included with every pair, unless you are requesting an exchange); any returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. If you do not return the microfiber bag, you will be charged $3.95 for it. This fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds on purchases that had qualified for free shipping will have a $4.95 S&H fee deducted from them if the adjusted original order total is less than $50. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of obvious abuse. If you return abused sunglasses and we deny your refund, you will be given the opportunity to decide if you wish to pay $4.95 shipping and handling to have them shipped back to you. If you do not wish to pay this the sunglasses will not be returned and no refund will be issued.
We also offer a 30 day guarantee against manufacturer's defects. This guarantee applies only to purchases made on CelestialEyewear.com. All products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, however issues sometimes occur that can not be visually determined in advance. In the event that an item fails due to a manufacturer's defect (to be determined by us upon inspection), it will be replaced free of charge. You are still responsible for costs incurred in shipping the product back to us. All normal returns procedures must still be followed as described below. In the event that we don't have the same model in stock, we will contact you and let you choose an equivalent item. If you choose an item of lesser value, you will not be refunded the difference; however, you will be liable for the difference if you choose a higher priced item.
All returns must be issued a return authorization number (RMA) before being sent back to us. Failure to obtain the RMA number will result in a 15% restocking fee. An RMA # can be obtained by writing to us at returns@celestialeyewear.com and requesting authorization to return an item. When doing so, please provide us with the reason that you want to return the item and the invoice # and item # for the product that you wish to return. After we issue an RMA # to you, it should be written on the outside of the package and shipped to:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CELESTIAL EYEWEAR BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition lasts or exclusions or limitations of special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

The head sizes that we list for sunglasses are based on our experience and listed for reference purposes only. They are intended to be used as a guideline to help you determine which styles are best suited for you. We are not responsible if our opinions differ from yours.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We are not responsible for any typographical errors that may exist on this website.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. If you order an item that has been incorrectly priced, we will notify you of the discrepancy and give you the opportunity to modify your order.
